- Order 7 to 10 days before move-in so the install lands before you do.
TV and streaming
Cable, satellite or streaming, matched to what you actually watch.

- Same as internet. Usually one order.
Home security
A smart home security system, installed free if you want one.
- Includes:
- Touchscreen hub, door and window sensors, app control. Cameras, smart locks and thermostats available.
- Cost:
- Installation is free. The monthly plan is explained on the call, before you decide anything.
- Timing:
- Usually installed the week you move in.
Mobile
Bundle savings when they're real. A plain no when they're not.
Electric
We find your electric company and hand you the number, the hours and what to have ready.
- Have ready:
- Social Security number, date of birth, start date.
- Good to know:
- Some companies can't be started online. We give you the number and the hours.
Gas
Whether the house has gas, who supplies it, and how to start it.
- Have ready:
- Social Security number, date of birth, start date.

- Closing on a Friday? We'll tell you which offices are open Saturday.
Water and sewer
One bill or two, and which office handles which. It changes town to town.

- Some suburbs bill sewer separately. Some start trash with your water. We sort it out.
Trash
City pickup or a private hauler, and your pickup day.
