InstantOn Concierge is an Indianapolis company. We set up utilities, internet and home security for people moving into a new home, in one call, for free. The providers pay us; the homeowner never does.
What we do
We look up the electric, gas, water, sewer and trash providers for the exact address and put the steps in writing. We compare internet and TV at that address and place the order on the call. And if the homeowner wants a security system, our own technicians install it; we don't hand the job to someone else.
Why Indianapolis
Because the details here are local. Some utilities can't be started online. Some towns handle sewer but not water. Trash haulers change. A team that works this metro every day already knows those things, and puts them on your sheet.
How we talk to you
Plainly. We tell you who pays us and how much choice you have. We tell you what each company is going to ask for before you call them. And we promise only the things we control: the call, the list in writing, and the install.
